Our Hand Pies
Sweet Pies
We use local Northwest produce and rBGH-free Rose Valley butter to make our delicious pies. Sweet pie offerings include:
Hazelnut & Apricot - fresh hazelnut frangipane (made with Freddy Guys hazelnuts, Monmouth, Oregon) and apricot preserves (from the Hood River Valley)
Mixed Berry - loads of blueberries and marionberries from Sturm's Berry Farm, Corbett, Oregon
Savory Pies
Hand pie. Empanada. Pasty. Call it what you will—nothing says home cookin’ like a flaky, all-butter pastry crust stuffed with savory goodness. Pair these pies with a green salad or roasted veggies for a wholesome and satisfying meal:
Black Bean & Pepper Jack Cheese: black beans, tomatoes, chiles, smoked pepper spices, Tillamook pepper jack cheese
Curried Lentil & Veggie: lentils, organic sweet potatoes, and organic kale in a delicious coconut curry sauce
Beef Chili: Highland Oak Farm pastured beef, kidney beans, cheddar cheese, and mild chili seasoning
Chicken & Vegetable: Kookoolan Farms pastured chicken, carrots, peas, a little cream, herbs and spices
